It gets crowded around 6pm, but many people make a reservation and come pick it up. I was told that my lunch box would be ready in about 15 minutes, but I had to wait 25 minutes.

I'm sure it will be crowded during lunch time. So, I came to the store a little before 11:00 without a reservation. I had to wait a little bit (maybe 5-7 minutes?) Basically, we recommend making an appointment by phone or using the app. Most people who come to the store later than me come with pre-orders already placed. The staff at the store also delivered the items quickly. If you walk in during peak hours, be prepared to wait.
