Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Yamamotoya (Nagoya Interchange South Shop)

It was very tasty!! This is the Nagoya taste! The noodles are a little bit harder than others. Whenever I come back to Nagoya, I always stop by Yamamoto-ya.

True Nagoya soul food, The original miso udon. The noodles are hard, but get softer in due time. The pickles are amazing and you can get refill on pickles and rice. I would have nothing but praise for this restaurant except for the sterile service. The service is top, but there's a lack of warmth. It won't however stop me from going here again and again.

This restaurant have a different menu for muslim, they dont have halal sertificate but it says Muslim Friendly and stated all the halal ingredients the use for muslim menu, worth to visit
