After all, I got the beef tongue shabu-shabu for the purpose of coming to this restaurant this time! ! 🤣🤣 We had two types of sashimi, but the texture was outstanding and fresh. Afterwards, fillet sardines 🥶 I was quite surprised that the tomato slices had gari on them. I was a little confused because it was a combination I had never seen before, but this was another superb dish 😂 And the beef tongue shabu-shabu is full of volume and delicious😍 A lot of bean sprouts and chives are packed under the big tongue! The amount of tongue is also ridiculous! ! Bean sprouts and Chinese chives are shabu-shabu and dipped in rolled ponzu sauce, and you won't be able to stop eating 🤣 I ate a little too much tongue this time, so I couldn't eat it, but there is also ramen and sea bream chazuke, so I don't think I need to bother going out to the ramen shop to finish it. Although it was a weekday, there were so many customers that it was almost full, so I thought it was a popular restaurant. Since I had unlimited drinks, I ordered about 7 dishes, but when I ordered the pork and Hida beef hot pot, the staff told me that it would take a while, so I waited with anticipation, and the portion was served in about 15 minutes. I was surprised to find a gorgeous looking pot! Salads and fried foods came out smoothly within the 15 minutes I waited, and I went with the hot pot as my main dish, and I had no complaints about the order in which the food came out and the speed at which it came out. I heard that they are also on Instagram and if you follow them, they will give you a discount the next time you come, so I decided to go there again!
