Oharu, Aichi, Japan｜Ebisuya Oharu

An udon restaurant in Oji Town that is the origin of "Ebioroshi". Ebisuya's miso stew is my personal favorite. The flavor of the dashi soup goes well with the red miso. I want to eat it every day. We also recommend the shrimp tempura.

This is my first time using it. I ordered grated shrimp (warm) and my favorite conger eel tempura. It was very delicious with plenty of grated grated radish and a gentle flavor of the soup. And the thick conger eel tempura was so flaky and delicious that I could say it was the best I've ever eaten. Are sweet potatoes and pumpkins sweets too? It was so sweet that I thought 🤭 I will use it again soon (*^^*) Thank you for the meal!

I want to come every day, but I can't. When you finish eating, the udon that was in front of you disappears and you feel sad, so you wonder if you can continue eating. However, I ate it without worrying. Thank you very much.
