The corona closure is over and we are open and doing well. I went there on the first day after the closure, and it was crowded with customers who were looking forward to reopening. As the name suggests, this is a restaurant where you can eat charcoal-grilled offal and other things. Since I can keep the bottle, I put a bottle of Kinmiya in it and enjoy the hoppy taste. There are a lot of snacks, and my recent favorites are assorted kimchi, stingray fin, and quail egg marinated in garlic and soy sauce. I order them first and then slowly grill the offal. As I started to get drunk, I became more anxious and ordered more expensive beef, then went back to hormones, and ordered liver and enjoyed it with sesame oil and ajinomoto (not on the menu, but they give it to me if I ask), making it even more hoppy. I'll keep layering them. The final dish is galbi soup (commonly known as karuppa), galbi noodles, or cold noodles. You can adjust the spiciness of Karuppa and Kalbi noodles, so even those with a spicy tooth will be satisfied. It's a long staggered journey home, so be careful when you get home. There are table seats and counter seats, so if you're drinking alone, you can enjoy the atmosphere more by sitting at the counter. There is a drink bar with soft drinks for those who don't drink, so families can enjoy it as well.
