Ever since I found it while passing by, I love it so much that I go out of my way to go to Nishi-Chiba on business days to buy it. Much, much better than the famous salad cups in the city center. You can see that they handle the vegetables carefully to bring out their deliciousness. I know it's difficult to maintain this level of quality, but please do your best. I'm rooting for you. It's a short walk from Nishi-Chiba Station. Vegetable specialty stores are rare in Chiba, so I'm very happy! Moreover, you can pack as much as you want and the price is reasonable. It would be helpful if the calories were displayed on things like potato salad. I think it would be difficult since it's a small store, but I think it would be nice if you could add toppings like avocado or prosciutto for an additional fee. Also, since their business hours are until 3pm, I can't stop by after work, so I thought it would be nice if they could do their best and stay open until 7pm.
