Great beer, super service. The staff speaks excellent English. Food is great. The view was nice. I think Sawara is a really nice town to visit. Less than 100km from Akabane if you like cycling

Nice view upstairs with friendly service and nice food

About 15 minutes walk from Sawara Station. The scenery is full of historical atmosphere, so you only have 10 minutes to experience it. Chujiro Ino Shoten, which originally sold agricultural tools, has been renovated and now produces craft beer and dairy products. This is a store that just opened in March 2022 last year. The brewer seems to have studied brewing in America and Choshi Beer. You can experience a beer flight (drink comparison) at a reasonable price of 1000 yen for 4 types x 140ml. Since the weather is getting warmer, it would be nice to have a drink outside. The freshly made cheese is also outstanding. Since it is a tourist destination, there are many delicious restaurants nearby, but the food at this restaurant all looks delicious, so I think it would be a good idea to eat here. The ricotta cheese drizzled with honey felt like a dessert. The second floor seats are also woody and stylish. You can enjoy the wonderful view of cherry blossoms from the window. You can also charge your smartphone at the window seat.
