The chuhai is reasonably priced and they have a decent selection. At two or three times through the afternoon and evening they price nearly expired items on sale at 50% off. For example at 7pm bento items are usually sale priced. Most importantly the toilets are located on the second floor.

It's very convenient as there is a supermarket and Daiso. There have been a lot of people since the store opened. Yaoko is a supermarket in Saitama Prefecture that is famous for its high quality prepared foods. It seems to be popular in Gunma as well.
