More Comments at Google MapThis is a locally produced and locally consumed shop run by an immigrant from Fukuoka Prefecture. It is also a restaurant where you can eat Amago (a subspecies of Yamame, Yamame is a landlocked type of Sakura trout, and Amago is a landlocked type of Satsukimasu, a subspecies of Sakura trout), which is called ``Flounder'' in local dialects and lives in mountain streams. Because they are farmed using clean mountain stream water, they have a stable shape and are edible raw, unlike natural products, and are served grilled with salt. This summer, they are planning to offer amago sashimi, so I'm already planning on going to try that as well. The atmosphere of the store is like that of a very stylish coffee shop or bar. It doesn't look like I'll be able to eat salt-grilled amago. In addition to amago, you can also enjoy alcoholic beverages produced in Okayama Prefecture. In terms of alcohol, I was very disappointed that there was no cassis cocktail. The reason I'm disappointed is not because I want to drink it, but because it's a liqueur that's easy to make cocktails with from Okayama. Cassis Orange is a classic cocktail that uses cassis liqueur, but I think it's good to use citrus juice from Okayama, and if you use cassis liqueur and red wine from Okayama, you can make a cocktail called Cardinal. Looks delicious, right? Oh, the clerk from Nagasaki Prefecture was also a cheerful and cute person. Well, my favorite stores have increased.
I stopped by for a quick drink. The store clerk is a pleasant person. We also have Mutsushima Beer, Mimasaka Beer Works, and local beer, and recently we have been adding alcoholic beverages such as Uchuu and West Coast. I'm happy that if you request a light snack, they'll make something light for you. It's not a shop that's always open, so I think it's best to inquire on Instagram or LINE before going. Next time I'd like to stay longer
In addition to super rare Uchu beer and Mushima beer, organic curry and beer, gluten-free crumble cake, etc., this LOHAS cafe is also available for lunchtime drinks. 🍰A very convenient cafe with plenty of food and sweets ☕️
