Yaizu, Shizuoka, Japan｜カイセン & ダイニング hinata

Mmmh!!! It was very good! Espacially the crab.

Since I came to Yaizu, I wanted to eat some delicious seafood, so I visited there. The drinks are Shizuoka beer and Isojiman (sake). The meal is Raw oysters delivered directly from Miyagi 4 types of shellfish steamed in white wine cream risotto from Gurnard aqua pazza fried oysters I ate a lot with bocce.

Visited on a Monday night. Anyway, the cost performance and quality are amazing. Carpaccio for two, 880 yen, too cheap. Three raw oysters cost 480 yen. If you live in Tokyo or Nagoya, it will cost you twice as much. . lol. The taste is delicious and feels like it was made by a veteran chef. Number one in the first half of 2023. I want to come again.
