The batter is unlike the ones I tried in Tokyo or Osaka..these are super light in batter but loaded w cabbage and your choice of ingredients. Tasty!! Goes well with beer!!🍺

Denko Sekka has many stores mainly in Hiroshima and Tokyo. After noon, I left my luggage at Toyoko Inn Hiroshima Heiwa Odori. I wanted to eat Hiroshima-yaki right away, so I rushed over to Denko-Sekbi, which was recommended by the hotel receptionist. Anywhere was fine, but I was convinced to enter the store because it was lightning fast. After all, it is the most seasonal Hiroshima-yaki chain, so the taste, display, and volume are wonderful. In addition, many of the store staff were young, but they were very responsive and I was able to eat comfortably. The store is located in a place with relatively few people because it is not in a downtown area, but I felt that the quality was perfect. The local atmosphere doesn't really feel like it, but the Hiroshima-yaki itself is our favorite, and it's made without cutting corners. I want to use it again.
