Nagano, Japan｜醗酵バー 醸(かもす)

1 hour to Shinkansen. A small drink set where you can enjoy 3 types of sake. You can choose 3 types out of 9 types of sake from sake breweries in Nagano Prefecture. I wanted to have a lot of fun, so I went to 2 sets. It's directly connected to the station, so I'm happy to be able to drink until the last minute before departure. You can also buy your favorite alcoholic beverages at the store next door. I bought a bottle of Endo as a souvenir. I felt that the staff was attentive.

It's inside a station building, so it doesn't have a particular atmosphere, but it's nice to just pop in and grab a drink. The sake tasting set also includes sake that changes daily, so you can enjoy (and get drunk) as many times as you like. You can buy your favorite sake at the on-site liquor store. It's a paradise for drinkers.

I guess it's like the Nagano version of Ponshukan (although this one was handed over to me by an older sister rather than a bending machine). I visited by myself after a business trip. We enjoyed local sake and snacks.
