Amaaazing food. My favorite restaurant in Joetsu.

Visited with a friend from work. The yellowtail caught in Sado is served as sashimi or grilled, and the soy sauce contains monkfish liver. The pasta-like dish of buckwheat noodles with garland chrysanthemum, nuts and salmon roe was especially delicious. I don't drink alcohol, but I'll bother you again!

I think this is a store that pays close attention to each and every material. This is a restaurant run by chefs who are seriously thinking about making the most of the ingredients! I don't think there are many restaurants where you can eat such food at this price. I will definitely go again Naoetsu Yagaiya is the best! !
