It's a 24-hour store, so it comes in handy. *Revisit added on September 17, 2023* I'm headed towards Itoigawa late at night for the first time in a while, so I stop by here to do some shopping. Convenience stores are scattered throughout the area, but supermarkets are a good way to save money. It's already mid-September, but the days are like midsummer, so I bought rock ice cream. Even though I didn't handle it roughly, water started to melt and leaked into the cooler box. I think it's a shame that the bag was damaged because the store staff displayed it in a sloppy way. Even though it was late at night, I noticed many similar cars from other prefectures. Staff response is good.

The local chain is doing a great job! When I lined up at the register, I thought it was taking a long time, but the cashier staff carefully filled the bags for me. The bakery inside is also delicious, and they do their best to keep the prices competitive with the big brands. I visit Naoetsu several times a year, and this was my first time shopping at the ramen shop on the premises, which I always stop by, and I've fallen in love with it. I don't know of such a wonderful supermarket in Tokyo. I envy the locals in the area!

Suru tempura is recommended by locals.The flavor of the Japanese squid and the tempura are well fried.The freshly fried pieces are lined up after 9 o'clock.The apple pie is also available.
