More Comments at Google Map"A blissful moment at Hanamura-san, a famous Japanese restaurant" Yesterday, the second day of the Obon holiday, my family and I went to Hanamura, a famous Japanese restaurant known only to those in the know! This restaurant is located near Mito Toshogu Shrine, which is a 5-minute walk from the north exit of Mito Station, and all rooms are private, and only available to reservation customers. It has a neat exterior that you might easily miss, but once you step inside, you'll be struck by the clean hallways reminiscent of a high-class Japanese inn. The Japanese-style room you were shown to has table seats, so it's safe for those who don't like sitting up straight. I ordered the omakase course for the food. First, let's toast with domestic sparkling rosé to go with the appetizer. Next came an assortment of fatty bonito sashimi. Is this a full serving? The volume is surprisingly large, and the thick, flavorful fillets are irresistible to bonito lovers. The julienned Japanese ginger garnish is also a great accent. Also, for Midori-san, who doesn't like raw fish, I'm glad they take care to prepare a seared bonito salad. And finally, it's time to get into sake. Hanamura-san mainly carries sake from the local Ibaraki region, and you can enjoy seasonal flavors in four-go bottles. Additionally, they will bring the day's recommended sake (four bottles) to your seat in a rice cake, and you can choose your favorite brand from among them, which is a great service for sake lovers. Once we had decided on the recommended sake, we were brought a cold yam soup with stuffed salt-grilled sweetfish, diced yam, and junsai. This is the first time I've tasted a cold soup, and it's so delicious that you can feel the skill of the Japanese chef. After that, we had ``Raifuku, Junmai Ginjo, Responsible Shikomi'' to go with the tempura platter. Among them, the tempura of oysters wrapped in shiso leaves and seaweed is exquisite, and the melty, half-raw oysters go perfectly with the sharp sake! In addition, I was able to enjoy both the eyes and the tongue, such as the scallops and young corn with nuta dressing. At the end of the course meal, another hidden dish, eel rice, came out. I like the firmness of the eel meat and the taste of the sweet and spicy sauce! Additionally, the salty and sweet salted red bean ice cream left my mouth feeling refreshed and completed the meal. The taste of elaborate cooking and sake served slowly in an elegant and calm space is exceptional! I was able to cultivate my sharpness more than enough. Mr. Hanamura, thank you for the meal.
Visit with children Delicious and reasonable price It's a private room, so you can feel safe even with children, you can eat slowly, and adults can have their own private space. Are the employees family members? I'm very satisfied that everyone was so nice and I was able to enjoy a good meal.
The food is highly rated at a low price.
