A famous restaurant in Nishinasu! Other than the short wait, it's "perfect". Tenseiro is recommended, but there are three levels depending on the amount of tempura. Light is 1 item +, tempura is served first. (with salt and grated radish) "Hitachi Aki Soba" is served on weekdays, but it is delicious with a large portion. It has the taste of the ultimate soba restaurant. First visit = 23.07.31 (Evaluation is personal preference)

I came to eat the second-largest soba restaurant in Tochigi Prefecture. Around 10:50, I wrote my car number and name in the notebook in front of the entrance and waited for the store to open. Opens at 11:40. Even though it was a Friday, the place was full when it opened. I can see why it's so popular. Today, I ordered Tenseiro (weekdays only) for 1,780 yen. Tempura is the taste and technique of a specialty restaurant. The shrimp legs are delicious, and being able to choose three seasonal vegetables is amazing! For the soba, I chose soba from Tochigi Prefecture, which has a nice aroma and texture. It is delicious even without soba soup. The ultimate is soba-yu! It's the most delicious thing I've ever had! The flavor of soba is rich, and it becomes even more delicious when combined with the soba soup. I was very satisfied! Thank you for the meal!

I didn't do any thorough research, but just casually stopped by because it seemed like a popular restaurant. It's called Beginner's Luck, as there is usually a wait, but on this day I was able to get in easily. However, the store is full. The soba noodles were as fragrant and delicious as the reviews. The staff are energetic and provide cheerful customer service, not typical of a soba restaurant. I heard that you can enjoy different soba depending on the day, so I would like to change it again.
