Shizuoka, Japan｜Suehiro-zushi

The food is truly five-star, but it's the exceptional service that elevates this place to a six-star experience! Even though I'm a foreigner and don't speak any Japanese, the chef went out of his way to communicate with me and even cracked a few jokes to make me laugh. They were incredibly generous and taught me how to properly eat sushi by providing an extra piece free of charge.

Been planning for a year to visit Chef Eiji! Worth every bites of each sushi served, from awabi, uni, otoro, esp toro Maki. Splendid!!!

Fantastic food, only japanese menu, but some knowledge in english, so its no problem to order food. From my understanding, this is a set menu, Where you only order the amount of different vites and from the price I guess you can also order standard or luxury version og the set menu. I paid 3900yen for water and 8 different type of sushi, and I got totally 14 bites and a bowl of soup.
