We had a bowl of minced raw fish (various species) on rice. It customarily ends with the waiter pouring a cup of fish soup to delightfully rinse the bottom of your bowl. We also had the hanbagu (ハンバーグ) which to our surprise was topped with a half avocado and grilled cheese and swims on an ocean of white sauce.
