Great find, great food. Not easy to find. It's at one end of a narrow alley that's easy to miss. Look for the Dontsuki Hidari sign. The entrance is at the corner nearest to the near road. The door is a sliding door, so you can't tell that it's actually the entrance. I couldn't find the doorbell as suggested but a previous reviewer. If you find a door handle, it's actually just a wall - the real entrance is about 2m to the right. I have attached some pictures of the real entrance here. We had the shellfish courses. Each dish was good and some were very good, and they were all presented in a captivating manner.

Offer only shellfish Japanese dishes. we ordered the the 9 course set menu everything cooked perfectly. Just like others mentioned it is in a dark alley and difficult to find. It is also very small place. Reservation probably is critical unless you show up right at the open time like we did 5:30pm.

Wow, what a find. Google maps guided us there after a search for seafood. They don't have an English menu and nobody speaks a single word of English. All guest were Japanese and didn't speak English either, truly a local place. It is well hidden in a narrow alley and doesn't have a proper door but rather a wooden wall that slides to the side. We only found it because people were coming out. The place is tiny and super cozy, staff is incredibly polite and helpful and the seafood was just amazing. Since we didn't understand anything on the menu we just pointed to a box that looked liked a set menu for ¥ 5000. It turned out to be omakase ( chef choice) and it was very very good. Price was fair for the quality of food we got. Very interesting experience and amazing food. I highly recommend this place if you crave oysters and seafood.
