Fukuyama, Hiroshima, Japan｜Motoshima

I went there once and then couldn’t stop thinking about the foods I have had there until I could visit again a year later. This is such a delicious Japanese cuisine whatever dish you pick from the menu you might be sure it will be a high level presentation, complex range of flavours changing each other making a delish fusion that is hard to describe. Each dish is unique, but for me the highlights are grilled creamy Fugu shirako (焼き白子) and Dassai sake (獺祭) I cannot forget. I’m not an alcohol fan, but this sake is really worth trying, goes nicely even among women. Interior is also very Japanese oriental, service is high. Foreigners might find it a bit difficult to read the menu but I suggest to challenge yourselves and enjoy. Highly recommend.

Very delicious Japanese food with reasonable price.

I came to the store after being introduced by the manager of a nearby oyster bar. I really want to eat delicious seafood! A shop that was willing to teach me to ask. The sashimi is fresh and plump, and the broiled mackerel sushi, which I was told to "make sure to eat," is the most delicious I have ever eaten☺︎ The rice was also nicely seasoned, and I thought it would be delicious even if I ate it alone! Since it was the second restaurant, I had half of the mackerel sushi that I couldn't eat, but when I got back to the hotel, I couldn't stand it and ended up eating it right away. smile Thank you very much, thank you for the meal♪
