Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜稲匠

We stumbled across this Izakaya on the way to another place and walked in because it looked really nice, staff was great, food absolutely fantastic and we sat in a small separé. Even though there is no English menu it's easy enough to understand with Google Translate and staff was really helpful and spoke basic English as well. Highly recommend this place if you had enough Ramen and Soba already ;)

Very traditional food but not old. Highly recommended if you like japanese food.

Finally checked into the hotel in Matsumoto city with traffic jams. I just visited for dinner. It seems that the place was fully booked, but they kindly made room for us for a limited time 😊 The staff were friendly, the food was served quickly, and it was delicious. I would like to visit again(*^^*) When I got home and looked at the receipt, I was charged for 3 people's meals, so minus 1 point.
