Nice place up on level 7. We don't really speak any Japanese but still wanted to try and they don't speak English. But everyone was very nice and with some pointing we got a great meal.

Umami dried mackerel meal set. Highly recommended

A dry fish set restaurant on the 7th floor of Nagano Tokyu. Open until around 21:00 with plenty of Japanese sake. Recommended if you want to drink near Nagano Station Convenient for waiting time for Shinkansen.
