Our family of 6 adults made a reservation for lunch. I pre-ordered the matsutake mushroom set course meal "Matsu". The matsutake hotpot was sukiyaki-style, with thick matsutake mushrooms that filled my mouth with flavor and aroma. The chicken and green onions were also delicious. The matsutake tempura was delicious and made with just matsutake mushrooms. The matsutake mushroom dobinmushi had a very strong matsutake mushroom flavor. Matsutake Chawanmushi has a gentle taste that brings out the flavor of matsutake mushrooms. The matsutake mushroom rice and matsutake soup are also delicious with the taste and aroma of matsutake mushrooms. It was the lowest set course meal that came with aromatic mushroom noodles, but I was very satisfied as I was able to fully enjoy the matsutake mushrooms with the seasoning to my liking. Also, you can enjoy unlimited refills for matsutake rice, matsutake soup, and mushroom noodles! The view and scenery are nice. The upcoming autumn leaves will be nice. My whole family will go again next year.
