I bought the only half-boiled cheese. It's extremely moist and rich. It was super delicious! It seems that there is also a store in Mizuho Ward! !

Visited on May 6, 2023. I bought warabi mochi which was sold out last time. The other sweets were also very delicious. [Nemegaki Zukushi] An elaborate yokan that takes five years to dry in the sun and mature. You can see small persimmons inside the candy-colored yokan. When you put it in your mouth, the persimmon wakes up from its sleep and is filled with elegant sweetness and richness. It's so delicious that you can eat it right away after opening! [Fuyumochi] A fu manju with the refreshing scent of yuzu. The soft and stretchy wheat dough, red bean paste, and yuzu go well together and are delicious! [Semi-boiled cheese] Two types of salt and kinako. Fluffy cheesecake. Uses Asuke salt. Stable deliciousness!

Matsuzakaya in Toyota used to carry this product, and it is a well-known store that only those in the know have opened at Takashimaya in Nagoya for events. I used it when I was traveling to Nagano. I had bought warabi mochi at Matsuzakaya before and it didn't leave much of an impression on me, so I decided not to try it. Purchased several others. Cheese...delicious, but beyond my imagination. Personally, I prefer soybean flour. Fukufuku mochi...delicious! It's soft and not too sweet. If the store is nearby, I would like to prepare this as a tea snack when I have guests over. I want to buy it again. Chilled castella lemon...very sweet. . Mochi is delicate, but this one was too sweet, which is a shame. No repeats. It doesn't have a long shelf life, so it's mostly for home use, but it also gives you peace of mind that it doesn't contain any extra ingredients. The rice cake was very delicious. I don't have much time to visit, but I would like to stop by again when I travel.
