Nagano, Japan｜Bocchi

I ordered Set B that includes zaru-soba and shrimp tempura udon. Both tasted really good. Though I had to wait for some minutes, it was worth waiting.

Excellent Soba noodles!

I went when it opened on a Friday night. Two tables and a small stand seemed to be reserved. By the time I sat down and finished ordering, the place was almost full and it seemed like they were turning away customers. When I first ordered, I thought I'd order the soba noodles later, but the staff told me to order first and then call out to them later when I wanted to eat them. This is probably because soba noodles are limited. There were many other things to go with alcohol, and they were all delicious. Of course, the soba was delicious, especially the dipping sauce, which was delicious when mixed with soba hot water.
