I want to eat delicious soba. ・Long business hours So-called soba restaurants are only open during lunch hours, and while popular restaurants often close when they're sold out, Ogiso Flour Mills is open until late, which I'm very grateful for. Eating these glossy soba noodles after taking a bath after climbing back from the mountain is an exquisite experience. [What I look forward to in the future] It would be nice to have freshly rubbed wasabi as a topping that feels like fried food. It would be nice if there were paid options such as spicy daikon radish, grated autumn leaves, and chopped seaweed.

Zaru Soba - Medium, Medium, Large - You can choose the amount of noodles and eat it without changing the price. All you have to do is place the tag of the menu you want on the tray and proceed to the register, and the staff who will boil the noodles will take care of it for you and prepare it for you. I think it's a great restaurant that has the triple charm of being cheap, fast, and delicious. The soba noodles are quite authentic and delicious.

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations as it was a self-service restaurant, but it was really delicious, and I'm jealous of people in Nagano Prefecture who can eat such delicious soba so close to home. I would like to see more stores in Saitama Prefecture.
