Egg-specialised store. These fresh eggs are raised in "Shiraoi town" located in Iburi, Hokkaido. I bought season-limited "Pullet eggs", which is very first egg from young hens. That fresh pullet egg goes great with rice and soy sauce. This store is popular for their tasty soft serve, egg pudding, and cream puff as well. A highly recommended. They sell fresh raw eggs grown on a farm surrounded by nature in Shiraoi, Hokkaido, as well as Western sweets made with plenty of eggs. This is a Shiraoi egg specialty store. From September to October, ``15 baby eggs for 300 yen'', which are the first eggs laid by a rare young chicken, are on sale for a limited time. I ate it with egg-cooked rice, and it was fresh and very delicious. Other famous items include soft serve ice cream, cream puffs, and egg pudding.

It has been a purveyor in Shiraoi since I was a child. Fresh even in Sapporo I'm happy to be able to eat eggs. Cookie puffs are in a class of their own.

There isn't much parking, but the inside of the store is spacious and easy to shop. There are 6 packs, 10 packs, 20 packs, and boxes containing 40 or more eggs, so I think they are cheap to buy. They also sell cream puffs and puddings made with Mother's eggs, as well as soy sauce for castella and egg-cooked rice. Of course I am very satisfied with the eggs, but also with the cream puffs and pudding.
