An izakaya restaurant using miso directly managed by Masuya Miso. Visited for lunch this time. I was really at a loss, but I ordered miso ramen from a miso shop and fried koji. Miso ramen is the best. Not inferior to specialty stores. The fried chicken was also delicious. The night menu is also abundant, so I would like to come for dinner next time.

I visited Masuya Miso Kitchen (Masukichi) at lunchtime, which I had been curious about for a long time. First, I ordered the meat tofu set. It's as delicious as it looks! The set consists of meat and tofu on top of rice to form a bowl. Please feel free to bring your own miso side dish and add it to the mix! It's cool! ! I took the opportunity to order miso ramen from a miso shop. The default taste is bland, so you can use miso as a side dish to change the taste! (If you like short-cut dishes, you can leave it as is.) I was very satisfied!

I came here because I was attracted by the miso ramen. It had a richness that wasn't too strong, and the miso smell was very delicious! The char siu rice bowl in the set also had a good taste. I will drop by again~
