One of my favourites Japanese restaurants around Sannomiya. A must try!

It's because of our business trip family. I get a lot of delicious bonito in Kochi, but this is the restaurant in Sannomiya... delicious! ! ! I was really surprised😅 The one I had was the ``Straw-grilled Bonito Bonito Set Meal'' for 1,408 yen (tax included) for 7 slices at lunchtime.*The menu starts at 1,078 yen (tax included) for 5 slices. The scent of straw is exquisite. There was also ponzu sauce, but I always get the bonito tataki with just coarse salt. The meat is chewy and delicious🤤 To be honest, even Kochi's quality is second to none! ! The seating is not linear, the seats are spacious, and the atmosphere inside the store is also very good! The structure of the shop is really good, with a small raised tatami room with a noren curtain, and a private room with a door. In addition to bonito, I think other menu items such as ``Straw-grilled Shimanto Chicken'' and ``Straw-grilled Curly Hair'' are also absolutely delicious😀 When the season comes, I will come to eat "Shimizu mackerel" even if I change my schedule!
