Minowa shopping street is lively only at the entrance, and it's sad to see more and more shops with their shutters down. Even so, if there is something good, people will stop by, and people are constantly stopping by Sakamotoya's storefront. They collect delicious miso from all over Japan and sell it in small quantities, so it's easy to buy and you can try a variety of flavors. This time, I was wondering if it would be sweet or spicy, and I was advised which would be better: one with whole soybeans or one with crushed soybeans, so I decided on Okazaki miso. When I was paying my bill, I noticed a black telephone, and I asked if I could take a picture of it because it was still in service. I learned this from my grandmother. My family likes well-filtered miso with no grains left, so I bought three types: slightly sweet Shinshu miso, slightly dry toki miso, and red miso. As soon as I got home, I tried making miso soup. The miso here is delicious! ! There are so many varieties that it's hard to get lost, but they give me advice on colors and let me taste them. As expected, all of them are delicious, and you can eat them with various dishes at home. Very good for staying healthy. There were many colors of rice bran pickles, and neighbors came to buy them. It's run by a family, and you can feel the atmosphere of downtown. The miso dressing using Nanko plum and white miso, which is only available in summer, is also delicious!
