I had an appointment at the NS Building, so I stopped by for lunch. The view from the window is beautiful and the room has an open feel. You'll be spoiled for choice with all the delicious-looking menus, including fried oysters, fried chicken, tuna pickled rice bowl, and salmon negitoro bowl. "Umami Genchandon" Order. This menu includes the recommended way to eat it. First, mix half of the soy sauce with the yolk (at this time, leave some of the tempura and Matsumae pickles behind). This was delicious on its own, but when I mixed it with grated sea urchin and the remaining soy sauce after eating about half of it, it took on a different flavor and I was able to enjoy it twice. It was a feast. I look forward to hearing from you again.
