Kamakura, Kanagawa, Japan｜The Miso Guy

I had no expections when I entered the resturant but a few mintues after we set we had the most delicious miso soup which they offer unlimited portion of! Then came the food and it was incredible! So fresh and plentiful! As a desert we had ice cream like non other! You better visit there when you travel to Kamakura

Amazing food. Great service, the chef after eight years cooking French and Italian has now turned to miso centric Japanese food. A rich mix of tradition and innovation. Great service, reasonably priced lunches and enticing course dinners.

It's a place you bump in randomly and suddenly you feel like home. The small menu is written in Japanese but the owners will help you in your choice and don't worry everything is good ! They use local ingredients and cook them with simplicity but care . I eat the best spinach in my life in this small restaurant . The two guys running this place are friendly and very professional . If you are in Kamakura you have to go there . Jo-san
