This is my third visit to this restaurant since it used to be ``Hinasushi'' and changed its name to its current name. We have been serving you as an all-you-can-eat high-quality sushi restaurant since before the coronavirus outbreak! It's not an all-you-can-eat option, but you can also order courses or whatever you like. Reservations are required on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays! It was a weekday, but I made a reservation for dinner. For first-timers, when you take your seat, the staff will write down a maximum of 20 pieces of sushi per order on a piece of paper, and any additional orders will be exchanged for the plate of sushi you receive. The chawanmushi and one of the day's special toppings will be delivered first, miso soup will be ordered verbally, and if you leave too much, they will explain the fines! During the Hinamizushi era, the nigiri sushi was small in size, but since Matsuri Hina, the nigiri sushi has become one or two times larger and is now the normal size. The quality of the sushi and toppings remains high and delicious! There are many types of all-you-can-eat options such as nigiri, hosomaki, futomaki, gunkan, and a la carte dishes! On this day, which was the third time, there were many mistakes in the ordering, and the miso soup that the petite lady with glasses and the young boy ordered did not arrive! Another table's plate was brought to us several times, which is a shame because the sushi and food were delicious. I lowered the review to 2 stars only for the service section! You can eat all-you-can-eat high-quality sushi for a limited time, so if you order too much towards the end, you run the risk of turning into a big eating challenge. I did it the first time I changed my name, and although I tried my best to finish it, I suffered and regretted it!
