This is a branch of Marukyu Shokudo located at MDC Kaikan in the Kanazawa Industrial Area, which is related to Takei Shoten located in the retail building. Over there, there are a lot of men in the area, so they mainly serve large set meals, but this one is family-oriented, and the other restaurants are set meals, so the menu focuses on noodles. There are salt, miso, and soy sauce ramen as well as fried chicken rice. The taste is very orthodox, so-called street Chinese ramen, but that's what makes it so good! ! is not it. Of course, a bowl of ramen made with the utmost care is great, but I also love a delicious bowl of ramen that I can slurp with my kids.
