Visited on a Friday at 6:30pm. The shops in Meieki are usually lined up at times, but this Daimon main store was still open. This time I had the Nagoya Cochin Negima and Stamina Motsu stew udon. As always, the pickles that are served before the food comes out are delicious and save time. Besides, only stews have stamina. The different colors of the pots add to the excitement. Not only does it taste good, but it also warms your body.
Yamamotoya main store, a specialty store of Nagoya's famous miso stewed udon. The inside of the store was large and had quite a number of seats, but when I went there around lunch time, the store was full. The staff were all agile, the hall operations were very good, the customer service was pleasant, and the store had a good turnover. The udon noodles are made with bonito stock and have a rich, flavorful red miso taste.The noodles are firm and firmer than regular udon noodles.It was my first time eating udon noodles, but they were extremely delicious.I want them to spread throughout the country. I was so hooked on it. The free refill of pickles that comes with your udon order was also delicious.
