It is one of the few shops that sells miso by weight and you can buy classic Japanese red miso.

I went there and was very happy to receive a wonderful tour. Their Miso products are the best in the world in my opinion. Thank you.

I participated in the Oshikatsu tour😊It was exciting just to be able to go into a miso brewery that I don't usually get to go into, but they also prepared the detailed situation and location for the filming, and even the trolley, so it was a really fun time. There was plenty of time to take photos and have fun with friends. At the end, we even got to sample miso soup, which was a total delight. The miso here is really delicious, so I bought some for my friends in Kanto as well. I'll come back to buy more miso when I run out.
