It's very thankful that chef make a special menu for us without 五葷

(2022/06 lunch visit) I ordered the following. ・Nora lunch [1,250 yen] ・Homemade dessert set [300 yen] At Nora Lunch, choose your main dish from 6 types. Lots of items on the platter. It's nice to be able to harvest a variety of vegetables. The salad has parsley and is very bright. For the main dish, I chose burdock spring rolls. It's crispy and fried. There are also bamboo shoots inside, which adds a crunchy texture. The scent of burdock is also strong and delicious. The rice is brown rice. It's chewy and delicious. The dessert seemed to have some kind of sweet vegetable in it, but I couldn't figure out what. The fresh cream has a bit of a lumpy texture. Natural sweetness. Looks like it would go well with coffee. I should have asked.

I was there before opening time. I barely made it in! Reservation is required 🤲 Each piece was carefully handcrafted Safe and secure food🌈 There is a shop like this in Nagoya I want it to spread further I just hope 💖
