Best sushi I've eaten in Japan so far

2023/11 revisit I ordered bluefin tuna Kiwami, without sesame seeds. This is also delicious! It's worth 2500 yen. The pleasant customer service from all the staff was the same as last time. It was a feast. First visit on Monday at 11:15. 4 front passengers, 2 rear passengers, 5 parking spaces available. It was my first time there, so when I told them that, I was intrigued by the smiling and detailed explanation from the female staff member. I ordered the tuna and rice, 1,620 yen, without sesame seeds, which bears the restaurant's name. The tuna coated with boiled rice has a nice texture and is delicious, and the vinegared rice made with red vinegar is indescribably delicious.The red vinegar is more expensive than regular vinegar, so it costs more. The female staff's smiles and greetings during checkout were wonderful, although you don't often see them at restaurants these days. When I left the store, the owner greeted me with a smile and sent me off. Next time I would like to have the Bluefin Tuna Goku 2500 yen. Will definitely visit again. It was a feast.

Visited around 11:30 on holidays. There is a parking lot in front of the store (may be a little narrow for large cars) It looks like it can park about 10 cars. There were only 2 people waiting when I entered the store. Is it an izakaya with counter seats (about 10 seats?)? Yakiniku restaurant? It looks like it can also be used as a guest seat.
