Great service, really nice personal(they stood overtime for us as everything else was closed) and awesome food. Definitely a must.

Had a craving for katsu-don, found this place. Not far from the shrine has many options but the nabeyaki udon with thick noodles and deep fried thing in middle was good.

I am thankful that there is a parking lot even though it is near Sengen Shrine. Try Murataya's famous original nabeyaki udon (above). The thick noodles, like kishimen, are soaked in the soup stock and become smooth and exquisite. The shiitake mushrooms and green onions are cooked properly and are delicious🤤♡ The deep-fried item in the middle is squid tempura wrapped in seaweed. It's cut into small pieces like kakiage, so it's easy to eat and full of volume! I went right after it opened so I was able to sit down. After 30 minutes, the place was already full. I was able to wait outside, so if you don't want to line up, it might be better to aim for the open time.
