Lunch is only available until 2:30 pm, so I rushed over for a drink that includes lunch (lol) For lunch, there are set meals, pancakes, jjigae, soup, noodles, bibimbap, etc., but I was so excited by the wide variety of other menu items that I couldn't help but want to eat a la carte... Fortunately, there is a dinner menu even during lunch time. You can order it. First of all, I received Chamisul (1000 yen). Samgyeopsal set (3500 yen). The hotpot and teppanyaki menus serve 2 to 3 people. The set includes pork belly, vegetables, and kimchi. One of the photos of the meat above is missing, but when the stove and food were brought in, the shopkeeper's mother immediately began deftly arranging the meat and garlic on the plate. From then on, I was baking it, but this time my father saw it and asked me if I could try it again. Apparently, it's better to bake it thoroughly and then flip it, rather than flipping it frequently. ``The kimchi fried with this fat is also delicious,'' he says as he arranges the kimchi around the edges where the fat will drip off. When the meat is cooked, dip it in the sauce first and put it on the chisha. Wrap it with grilled kimchi, garlic, and raw green chili peppers. There's so much fat coming out of the meat, but it doesn't feel like it's going to lean at all. Plum I wanted a little rice, so I ordered Norimaki (800 yen). It's been a long time since I've eaten kimbap...the right amount of saltiness and the crunchy texture of the vegetables are so delicious. When you finish eating the top layer, it looks like the gimbap from the drama ``Woo Young Woo is a Genius Lawyer'' (only those who know this will be fine). Well, we've come all this way, so we can't just end here. Let's do one more thing. When you think of Chuncheon, you probably think of Dakgalbi, but I thought I'd try the Chuncheon Kimchi Hotpot (3,500 yen), which has the name of the place on it. A pot with a raw egg in the center, plenty of kimchi, pork, tofu, and rice cakes. It looks spicy, but the soup is delicious with just the right amount of spiciness. I can't help but reach out for chopsticks. It's strange to say this after eating samgyeopsal and gimbap, but it was a good portion. No, I'm satisfied and satisfied.
