The building where the shop is located is full of Showa era vibes and I loved the atmosphere. I ordered the ramen fried rice set. Fried rice comes with the ramen price plus 100 yen, so it was reasonable, about 750 yen. The ramen has a simple soy sauce base and is light and easy to eat. The fried rice was rich and had a good balance, covering the bland taste of the ramen.

The atmosphere of The Machi Chinese Restaurant is old-fashioned and tasteful in a good way. The inside of the store is small, and it's probably packed with about 10 people. All of the dishes that have probably been made for decades are exquisite, and the ramen in particular has a perfect score of 100 as ``Chinese noodles that you want to see in town Chinese restaurants.'' Many of the surrounding shops are closed, but this is one shop that I hope will continue to operate forever.

Hello, thank you for your hard work. Today's lunch was at the Kanayama branch of Chinese Heaven, a 50-year-old restaurant in my hometown of Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture. I enjoyed the famous kai kohan (chicken ball rice) here. Tomomitsu Yamaguchi (Gussan) from Chukyo TV's Catch, PS Pure Gold (Gold), and Tokai TV's Gussanya has also visited our store twice.
