When you enter the restaurant, you'll find yourself at a long counter.The best part of being at the counter is having a conversation with the chef and ordering while listening to the seasonal ingredients. Today's recommended menu is right in front of you, but you can change the cooking method if you ask. All of them are delicious, but to start, stick to fresh fish. If you have sticky bonito, you can immediately ask for it with the skin on, insert a hidden knife into the sticky bonito, and the presentation is wonderful.You will be satisfied with the appearance, texture, and taste.
