It was a good store. The atmosphere inside the store is very calm. Although there were 2 people in the room, we were given a private room for 4 people. The hospitality of the staff is also very good. As the name suggests, it was an elegant drink. It's been a long time since I last visited Numazu, and thanks to this restaurant I had good memories. The servers for drinks and draft beer are cleaned properly and there are no unpleasant tastes. There is also a wide selection of local sake. All the food was delicious, including local food. I have never seen dried horse mackerel this big! Both the sashimi and the sakura shrimp kakiage were delicious. The price may be a little high, but it attracts a decent number of customers, so you can relax and enjoy your drink. It's mostly used by locals, but tourists are also satisfied here. It seems like it's a pretty popular restaurant, so you might want to make a reservation. I've been visiting Numazu regularly for a long time, but I feel lonely every time I come...This store seems to be run by a local group company, so I hope they do their best.

About 2 minutes walk from the south exit of Numazu Station. This is an izakaya on the 4th floor of a building. We will have dinner here. It's impossible to eat too much at this time of year, so just make sure to reserve a seat just in case. Started with draft beer. The edamame tofu appetizer suddenly tastes amazing. Since it is homemade, the quality is high from the beginning. I feel like I've come to an amazing store. From today's recommendations, I'd like the local fish sashimi platter. This is Numazu. I can't start without eating fish. The title is "Today's Suruga Bay". A gorgeous 6-piece assortment of local fish. Half of the fish I don't know about. It seems to be a ``fishing item'' caught by hand by a fisherman. When the freshness and quality are guaranteed to be the best, there is no limit to luxury. What's more, the soy sauce is a blend of Gotemba, the salt is deep ocean water from Suruga Bay, and the wasabi is a blend of wasabi produced within the prefecture. With thorough Shizuoka specifications, the taste is truly outstanding. At this point, I can't help but be curious about local sake, so I order a set to compare the local sake. Leave the brand selection to us. The store manager's explanations were very good, and he said everything was good. The local Hakuin Masamune from Numazu was especially delicious, and I ordered an extra cup. The good thing about water is that it's also good for drinking.
