I've been to this restaurant about 3 or 4 times since last year, and the atmosphere is very quiet, and time passes slowly, like coming to a restaurant on a trip. Reservations are required and I always ask my senior to make a reservation, but I think the quality is high for a course meal of 5,000 yen. If you ask me, the previous owner was a fishmonger, so I'm sure he has a good eye for purchasing. I'm biased in terms of my own tastes of the delicious food, but I only post my honest impressions, so if you try it once and it doesn't suit your tastes, I'm sorry.

This restaurant always leaves you feeling very satisfied with delicious fish and Japanese sake.

I think it's because we know so much about fish that we can cook it so deliciously. No matter what you eat, it will melt in your mouth.
