Gifu, Japan｜Wakamiya Hassho

Since I went without a reservation, I couldn't order a course, so I looked at the menu and ordered 6 dishes a la carte from the day's recommendations. It's been a long time since I last ate at this most casual Yasho restaurant, but it was so perfect that I realized once again how great HaSho is. Since it's a long-established store, I haven't been going there as often lately and have been focusing on newer stores and trendy stores, but if you're looking for quality and satisfaction, this store is definitely a megaton. I've been visiting Michelin-starred restaurants outside the prefecture recently, so I'm aware that I have a somewhat discerning taste, so I honestly didn't have high expectations when I visited, but I was astonished to realize once again that there are such wonderful restaurants in my hometown. It was cooking. I don't have the taste to judge the food at this restaurant yet, but the reason why I felt that the meal that day was wonderful is... ① Only the highest quality materials are used ② Each item has a good amount of volume and will fill your stomach properly ③It's obvious, but sashimi and other toppings have hidden knives so they're easy to eat. ④ Counter private room without a reservation. Since the large room was fully booked, I was prepared to have to wait for the food to be served, but the kitchen staff was efficient and the food was served without any stress.

It was my first time visiting, but all the dishes were delicious. Prices are not listed on the menu.

Looking for delicious food in Gifu 💁‍♂️ I will divide the post into two parts 😊 @1no17yusei It seems like the store has been recently renovated ☝️ I made a reservation and went there 😊 According to the preliminary research that my followers told me, everything is delicious if left to the chef, so I ordered the recommended menu 💁‍♂️ Assorted sashimi served on a beautiful plate ✨ Fried conger conger frosting Grilled and fried matsutake mushrooms💁‍♂️ It was juicy and irresistibly delicious 🙈 Rock oysters with ponzu sauce!
