I entered the store around 7:30pm on Saturday and ordered the Seafood Chirashi Gozen (¥2,200). There were a surprisingly large number of customers at this time of the day, and I only saw about two employees, so I was worried that orders would be delayed, but I was impressed by how quickly the food was served. The atmosphere was perfect, and the interior looked like it could be used for a date or dinner. The most important part was the soup, which had a rich flavor of sea bream and soy sauce, and was very delicious with an elegant and subtle sweetness. There are several delicious ramen shops near Naoetsu Station, but our ramen is my favorite. I think people who like ramen with soups based on seafood and soy sauce will especially like it.

I had "Tempura Jugozen" for lunch ♡ The shrimp are big, crispy and plump! The fish was crispy, fluffy, and had an elegant taste (⁠^⁠^⁠) The vegetable tempura was also very delicious.
