When I went on a trip to Kanazawa the other day, I went to Kagaya Kanazawa store. I got a drink ticket at that time, so I went to the Nagoya store this time. I was shown to a private room. You can refill the rice and miso soup. I ordered a menu that comes with Jibuni, a local Kanazawa dish. The taste is just like the real thing, and it brings back fond memories of my trip to Kanazawa. When I went there, it was full of people with reservations, so I wrote my name in around 10:30 to secure my spot, but there were only two slots, and if I had been any later, I would have had to wait for two hours. It's better to make a reservation. It's part of a famous inn, so it's a bit pricey, but the food is delicious.
