Chicken is used in every dish, and I was able to enjoy Nagoya Cochin 😋 〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜 I had the Miso Nabe course at night. The price is high, but the taste is unmistakable. The atmosphere is also good, so it's perfect for entertaining people who come from outside the prefecture. I think it would be better to check the likes and dislikes of red miso when entertaining.
