Visited for the first time in a while. I had the tempura udon. Chewy and glossy. Tempura is also fried after you order it. A quiet father. A kind wife. It's delicious no matter when I go. There aren't many seats, so be prepared to line up. It was a feast.

It is developed by two people only at the counter. I think that it is relatively empty immediately after opening and after 13:00. The counter was full just before 12:00, and 3 people including myself were not seated. I was thinking of eating zaru soba, but whenever I see other customers, I can't stand it and I get tempted. The tempura is crispy, the noodles are long and go down smoothly, and you can sip plenty of juice. While looking at the order table, I was able to wait without wasting any movement with the combination of the two of us, serving tea, taking orders, boiling, frying, arranging, serving, and accounting.

A udon restaurant that is only open for lunch. I guess I should call it a "noodle" shop... It's a small shop with one row of counters and can accommodate up to 10 people. This shop is run quietly by an elderly couple. The modest exterior makes it difficult to notice at first glance. I feel like the word of mouth is spreading that it's delicious. It's only open during lunch, so I didn't have a chance to see it. I finally had the chance to visit Men Ginzo. Even the store name gives off a strict image... At the entrance, it just says ``Noodle Ginzo,'' so you can imagine that it's a noodle shop, but these days there are many different ramen shops, so it's hard to guess whether it's ramen or udon when you're passing by. It feels difficult to do. Parking lot is in front of the store. It's on the corner of an intersection, so it's a little difficult to enter, and you need to be careful about the steps on the sidewalk when exiting. Even though I arrived near closing time, they welcomed me in. There was only one group of customers. I'm grateful that I was able to get a seat at a popular restaurant, but I'm also a little sorry. The menu is about 3 parts udon and 2 parts soba, and you can change the udon to kishimen. This is what I wanted to eat for a while! ●Warm meat miso udon (warm) 830 yen ●Takikomi rice 190 yen I was probably the last customer of the day, so the chef started cooking! They are working quietly, slowly, and seriously taking their time to complete the work. It's not difficult at all, but it seems like it took a while to complete, and my wife poured the cooked rice into a bowl, so I set it up as well. The udon noodles are simple but beautifully colored with meat miso, cucumber, fried eggplant, and hot spring eggs. First, mix the meat miso lightly and eat a little. The meat miso contains peanuts, which is an accent. The udon noodles are Sanuki type and are chewy and delicious, allowing you to fully enjoy the udon flavor. And the fried eggplant is very delicious. Even the pickles are delicious. I feel that there are many restaurants that don't skimp on pickles that are really delicious. It was a restaurant where you could feel the owner's passion for noodles. It was really delicious. Thank you for the meal.
