A store that I've always wanted to go to but never got around to. Kami-san made a reservation and took me there to celebrate my birthday. 😭 I was looking forward to it, but I had been eating and drinking so much since noon that day that I was just drunk by the time I went to the restaurant. I'm sorry to Kami-san and the people at the shop🙇‍♂️ There were more than 50 photos, but there weren't many that I could show you, so I apologize to everyone 🙇‍♂️ It was a course meal served in a private room, but now that I think about it, it felt kind of stylish and interesting, even with the appetizers. I'm avoiding salt due to a chronic illness, so I thought the flavor was a bit strong overall, but it's probably just right for the average person. What I enjoyed the most was the seared momo in Nagoya Cochin. The tataki I eat elsewhere is often overcooked and cooked through, but the skin here is crispy like eel, and the flavor is chewy and half-cooked. I was able to enjoy a variety of textures in one bite. Speaking of luxury, it would have been nice if they could have it cut a little smaller or cut it to their liking with a knife. Once I put a piece in my mouth, I can't even talk for a while 🤣 But I want to eat it again 🥰 I thought this would be the main dish, but there was also rice, and I could choose between rice with egg or oyakodon, but being greedy, I chose the oyakodon, which seemed a little expensive. I ate it even though I was too full to eat. The last dessert. When the Nagoya Cochin Pudding came out, I was half conscious, but the firm texture and the amazing honey made me regain consciousness. Even after I had checked the table and paid, the master and probably his wife were there to see me off even though they were busy, which made me happy. There were other scenes that showed his personality, but I'll keep them a secret for now. Thank you for the meal.
